I think I have some sort of sleeping problem. I either have a tough time sleeping when I should be, like right now, or I want to fall asleep at less than appropriate times, like the middle of a meeting or when I’m actually trying to read a book. I know I should just go to bed earlier, but what’s the point if I’ll just lay awake. I just wish I had a regular sleep pattern.

Have you talked to your doctor about it? There could be other underlying issues that are causing the sleep problems.
I agree with Don. I know it’s a pain to take time to see a doctor, God does use them to help us. See one soon.
